Association History​

Welcome to Esplanade Patio Homes Association, Inc. Founded in 1986, Esplanade Patio Homes is a well-established community comprised of 457 single-family homes. Our Association offers a vibrant and multicultural atmosphere with a variety of amenities designed to enhance the lifestyle of our residents. Community amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, pavilions (available for resident rentals), playgrounds, tennis court, racquetball court, and a beautiful lake with a scenic walking path.
