Association History​

Esplanade Patio Homes Association, Inc. Homes was founded in 1986. It consists of 457 single family homes and offers multicultural community amenities such as Clubhouse, Pool, Pavilions, Park, Playgrounds, Tennis court, Racquetball court, and a beautiful lake with a walking path.
